In his address, Chief Executive Donald Tsang Yam-kuen called for greater regional co-operation and collaboration to strengthen financial institutions, with Hong Kong and Singapore leading the way. He also stressed on the importance of keeping to the Asian values and not condoning the behaviors demonstrated by Wall Street in recent times.
